Industrial Visit to the State Forensic Science Laboratory

School of Basic and Applied Sciences, organized an Industrial Visit to the State Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL), Rohini. The visit provided students with valuable hands-on exposure to real-world forensic applications. Students explored four key divisions Questioned Document, Crime Scene Management, Chemistry, and Biology and observed demonstrations of instruments like the ESDA, VSC, PCR, RT-PCR, and Genetic Analyser. Experts also shared real case studies, highlighting systematic evidence collection and handling techniques. The visit proved to be an insightful experience, bridging classroom learning with practical applications.
