Inter-University Competition on Classroom Skill Masters

School of Education successfully organised an Inter-University Competition on “Classroom Skill Masters – Pedagogy Talent Hunt: Digital Video Lesson Creation”. The event witnessed active and enthusiastic participation from students at various colleges, showcasing their creativity, pedagogical understanding, and effective use of digital tools in teaching-learning processes. Participants designed engaging digital lessons using a variety of tools such as Notebook LM, Canva, Edpuzzle, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Mentimeter, Kahoot, Quizizz, and interactive whiteboard applications. They incorporated multimedia elements including videos, animations, and visuals, along with in-built assessment strategies like quizzes and reflective questions to enhance learner engagement and understanding. The competition provided a dynamic platform for students to demonstrate their instructional design skills through digital video lessons, promoting innovation and learner-centric approaches in education. Cash prizes and certificates were awarded to participants in recognition of their efforts and performance.
