The Youth Red Cross Committee in collaboration with The Kailasa Foundation, successfully organised a live seminar on Physical, Digital, & Mental Well-being under the Synergy: Wellness and Development Program. The event was designed to introduce an overall development program aimed at enhancing the physical, digital, and mental well-being of participants. Mr. Varun Sharma, Founder of The Kailasa Foundation, served as the resource person for the event.
