Chetna Society recently held an inspiring event titled “Harmonising Frequencies: A Journey into Therapeutic Movement”. During the event, participants engaged in expressive, free-flowing movements that allowed them to explore their emotions and self-expression freely. This was followed by trust-building exercises in small groups, which fostered a profound sense of connection and camaraderie among the participants.
The session concluded with a reflective cool-down, offering students the opportunity to gain insights into their emotions while deepening their sense of community. This event provided a safe and supportive space for emotional exploration, stress relief, and self-expression, ultimately strengthening the bond among participants and enriching the university’s vibrant student community.
