Workshop on India Desserts

School of Hotel Management and Catering Technology successfully organised a Workshop on Indian Desserts. The session beautifully highlighted the traditional art and techniques behind preparing a variety of authentic Indian sweets. Students participated enthusiastically in hands-on activities, exploring diverse ingredients, presentation styles, and the cultural essence of desserts from different regions of India. The workshop served as a valuable experiential learning opportunity, enabling budding chefs to enhance their confectionery skills while deepening their appreciation for India’s rich and diverse dessert heritage.
