Dr. Aatika Waheed (Neurophysiotherapist) is working as an Assistant Professor, in the School of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Sciences at K. R. Mangalam University.  She is registered under Delhi Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational therapy (DCPTOT) with TPR- 2777. She has done MPT(Neurology.) and persuing Ph.D. in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Sciences from Punjabi University, Patiala. She has 5 years of experience in teaching physiotherapy to bachelors of Physiotherapy students. He has more than 6 years of clinical and research experience in the field. She has  expertise in treating pediatric and geriatric neurological and associated musculoskeletal conditions. She has done clinical training and rotatory internship in some of renowned government and private hospitals of Delhi like Hindu Rao, GB Pant, LNJP, Fortis Escorts, Akshay Pratishtan, etc. Also she is a certified theraband and pilates instructor. Have attended hands on workshops on neural gliding and sliding mechanism,Total knee replacement (TKR) and total hip replacement (THR), Basic life support (BLS) training and certification, Diabetic rehabilitation, ICU and cardic rehabilitation etc. Also attended course on Neuromanual Therapy for Nerve related pain, organised by Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AOMPT Inc., India) at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Attended 16 credit hours course on Theraband- Extensive Application in Clinical Settings, organized by Centre for Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Sciences, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.

She has been a part of awareness programs, Physiotherapy camps and marathons organised by Health Fitness Society Trust, (in collaboration with World Health Organisiation). Active participant of Healthy Athletes Fitfeet Programs organised by Special Olympics Bharat.

She has published 3 research papers in peer reviewed National and International journals of physiotherapy.
