Dr. Akansha Pandey

Dr. Akansha Pandey, an Assistant Professor at the School of Legal Studies at K. R. Mangalam University, Gurugram, is a dedicated academician. Her teaching approach emphasises conceptual clarity, critical thinking, and the practical application of law, enabling students to develop both doctrinal understanding and analytical skills. She pursued her B.A.LL.B. (Hons) from the Faculty of Law, University of Allahabad, and earned an LL.M. in Constitutional Law from Amity University, Noida. She has completed her Ph.D. at the Faculty of Law, University of Allahabad on the topic, “Disaster Management Laws in India: A Review of Socio-Legal Impact,” focusing on the importance and status of disaster management laws in India. With 8 years of experience in research and academia, she has published various articles in national and international journals on topics related to the environment, constitution, and crimes. She has also served as a resource person in various training programs meant for judges, prosecuting officers, and medical personnel. Her areas of interest include constitutional law and criminal law.
