
Assistant Professor
As an educationist with over 15 years of experience in teaching, academic leadership, and teacher training across higher education and schools. Currently, I serve as an Associate Professor at KIIT College of Education, Gurugram, where I teach Pedagogy of Mathematics, Educational Research, Learning and Teaching, and Assessment for Learning. With a Ph.D. from K.R. Mangalam University and UGC-NET qualification, I strongly believe in creating an engaging, interactive, and learner-centred classroom environment. My teaching philosophy focuses on innovation, reflective thinking, and empowering future teachers through hands-on learning experiences. I have developed MOOCs, guided postgraduate dissertations, published research in Scopus and UGC-listed journals, and presented at various national and international platforms. Receiving the National Teachers’ Award 2025 has further strengthened my commitment to advancing quality teacher education and promoting sustainable, meaningful learning practices.
