I have completed my Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from Christian Medical College, Ludhiana, and went on to pursue my Master’s in Sports Physiotherapy from the Indian Spinal Injuries Centre, New Delhi. Both institutions are recognized leaders in the field of medical and rehabilitation sciences, shaping my foundation with rigorous clinical and academic training. 

Driven by a strong passion for both academics and physiotherapy, I have developed a deep interest in biomechanics and kinesiology, as well as the science of sports performance optimisation. My ongoing research interests lie in exploring the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in physiotherapy, particularly in diagnostics and therapeutics, aiming to bridge innovation with evidence-based practice for enhanced patient care
