Dr. Joginder Singh Yadav completed his Ph.D. in Agronomy from CCS HAU, Hisar. Currently, he is associated as a Professor and dean at K.R. Mangalam University. He has a rich teaching experience of 31 years. He was the Dean of the School of Agricultural Sciences at Raffles University Neemrana. He has more than 70 publications in international journals/ conferences to his credit.

Certificate of Merit in recognition of receiving National Award as CCS HAU Hisar was declared best AICRP Center by Millet Research Society and AICPMIP, ICAR during the year 2006.
Certificate of merit in recognition of scientific contribution for being adjudged Regional Research Station, Bawal, as the Best Research Station of the University of the period 2008-10.
