Dr. Jyotshna Tyagi is an Assistant Professor of Psychology with over 5 years of teaching and 7 years of research experience. She holds a Ph.D., M.Phil., and M.A. in Psychology from Kurukshetra University and has a strong foundation in personality psychology, individual differences, and behavioural research. Her doctoral work focused on the Personality–Situation–Behaviour Triad, contributing empirical insights to the person–situation debate. She has published research in Scopus and UGC-listed journals and received the Prof. G. P. Thakur Best Paper Award at an international conference. Dr. Tyagi has taught as a Research Scholar and Visiting Faculty, emphasizing student-centered, practical learning. Her teaching philosophy integrates theory with real-life applications, aiming to foster critical thinking, self-awareness, and research aptitude among students.
