Dr. Kangana Juneja Kansal

Kangana Juneja Kansal is working as an Assistant Professor, Physiotherapy in the School of Medical and Allied Sciences at K. R. Mangalam University.  She is Registered in Haryana State Council for Physiotherapy (HSPC/PT/2022/1568). She has done M.P.T. in Orthopaedics from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, U.P. She has more than 6 years of experience in multiple roles proving versatile nature and good understanding of four different domains. Made critical contribution in organizations’ growth through their business expansion, requirement elicitation, analysis, wherein also organized and moderated camps, and webinars. She has demonstrated her Clinical Management execution by successfully overseeing various patients and cases, including Orthopaedic, Gynaecological, Geriatric, Neurological cases. These cases were treated flawlessly, with a strong emphasis on the comfort of the patient, speedy recovery and achieving high levels of client satisfaction. As a leader and clinical demonstrator, successfully guided teams and students through various processes, including rehabilitation, managing documentation, and facilitating training sessions. These efforts resulted in a commendable success rate for onboarding new team members and to enhance the performance of the existing team members.
