Dr. Megha Garg

Dr. Megha Garg is an Associate Professor at the School of Legal Studies, K.R. Mangalam University, Gurugram, with over a decade of experience in legal education, research, and academic administration. She holds a Ph.D. in Law with specialization in surrogacy laws, and her core areas of interest include Criminal Law, Women & Child Law, and Torts. Dr. Garg has published extensively in UGC Care and

Scopus-indexed journals and has edited several scholarly books on gender justice, criminology, environmental law, and human rights. She has guided more than 50 postgraduate dissertations and 5 PhD students. She actively contributes as a resource person, keynote speaker, and moot court judge. She also holds significant institutional responsibilities, including Chairperson of the Centre for Criminology and Victimology and Member of key academic and governance bodies at the University.
