Dr. Mohd. Anas is an Assistant Professor in the School of Management & Commerce at K.R. Mangalam University, Sohna, Gurugram. He holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from Aligarh Muslim University (2023), with his doctoral research focused on Corporate Governance Practices in India in the context of the Companies Act 2013. He completed his M.Com (Business Management) with First Division with Distinction from Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi, and ranked first in his batch during B.Com at the University of Delhi. Dr. Anas is a UGC-NET qualified scholar awarded the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF, 2018) and Senior Research Fellowship (SRF, 2020). His teaching expertise spans Financial Accounting, Cost & Management Accounting, Corporate Accounting, and Financial Management. His research has been published in Scopus-indexed (Q1–Q3) and ABDC-ranked journals.
