Dr. Monika Kaushik

Dr. Monika Kaushik is an Associate Professor of Pharmacology with over 12 years of teaching and research experience in pharmaceutical sciences. She holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and have served at reputed institutions including Amity University Madhya Pradesh and K. R. Mangalam University. Her academic interests include neuropharmacology, toxicology, gut–brain axis, nanomedicine, and nutraceuticals. She strongly believes in outcome-based, student-centric teaching, with emphasis on conceptual understanding, clinical relevance, and practical application. Her research work includes publications in peer-reviewed journals, book chapters, patents, and copyrights. She actively contribute to curriculum development, academic administration, and research mentoring, and She is committed to fostering innovation, ethical practice, and lifelong learning in pharmacy education.
