Dr. Rupesh Kumar Tipu

Assistant Professor

Dr. Rupesh Kumar Tipu has over 9 years of teaching experience and more than 4 years of research experience. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at K. R. Mangalam University. His past academic roles include Assistant Professor and Research Scholar at CHARUSAT University and other leading institutions.

  • Ph.D. in Structural Engineering, CHARUSAT University, Gujarat (2024)
  • M.Tech in Structural Engineering, MDU, Rohtak (2016)
  • B.Tech in Civil Engineering, MDU, Rohtak (2013)

Dr. Tipu’s research interests span across structural engineering, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP). He focuses on the application of AI to enhance concrete materials’ performance, sustainability in construction, and optimization techniques for civil engineering problems.

Dr. Tipu has authored more than 17 research papers, 6 book chapters, and 6 patents in AI and civil engineering. His work has been widely published in journals like Asian Journal of Civil Engineering, Structures (Elsevier), and Journal of Physics.
