Dr. Sapna Rana

Dr. Sapna Rana is a dedicated and passionate assistant professor in the field of Management. She has 15 years of teaching experience. Her expertise lies in various areas of management like Human Resources, Organization Behavior and Marketing. She has been awarded Ph.D in management, M.Phil (Management), MBA(H.R & Mkt.) and M.Com degree from various universities. She has taught a wide range of management courses at both the post graduate and graduate levels, fostering critical thinking and analytical skills among their students. She actively participates in organizing and attending conferences at both National and International level, faculty development programs and workshops.

She also received best paper presentation in an international conference organized by North cap University in 2019 and has received Award of Excellence as a recognition of contribution in teaching by the Management of Kamrah Institute of Information Technology for the year 2014-15.
