Dr. Swati Kaushik is an academician in the field of Pharmacology with six years of teaching experience in higher education. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the School of Medical and Allied Sciences at KR Mangalam University, Gurugram. She holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, along with postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in Pharmacy.
Her academic responsibilities include undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, laboratory instruction, curriculum implementation, and student mentoring. Dr. Kaushik has been associated with academic institutions in both teaching and research capacities and has guided postgraduate students in pharmacology-related projects. She has been involved in institutional academic activities such as NAAC coordination, timetable planning, laboratory committee work, and diploma programme coordination.
Dr. Kaushik has contributed to scholarly work through publications in national and international journals and has participated in conferences and academic forums. She has also been associated with externally funded research projects during her doctoral work. She is an active reviewer for reputed journals and holds professional memberships with recognized pharmaceutical and scientific bodies. Her academic engagement reflects a consistent involvement in teaching, academic administration, and subject-related scholarly activities.
