Richa Goyal is an Assistant Professor specializing in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management, with a Ph.D. (degree pending) in Business Management and UGC NET–JRF qualification. Her research focuses on employee engagement, leadership styles, workplace well-being, resilience, and mindfulness. She has published extensively in ABDC-B and ABDC-C, Scopus, and Web of Science–indexed journals. With experience in both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, she adopts a research-led and student-centric pedagogy, integrating principles of positive psychology and mindfulness to enhance learning outcomes. She is also actively engaged in academic mentoring, curriculum development, and scholarly reviewing for reputed international publishers.
