CBSE Curriculum & Manual Development ( June 2022- June 2024) As a PhD Scholar at NIEPA, I was selected as a committee member by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to contribute to the development of a Capacity Building Programme (CBP) titled ‘Educating Parents about Education.’ Working alongside educators and administrators, I helped design a training manual for CBSE teachers, focusing on active learning strategies, hands-on activities, and best practices tailored to 21st-century workforce needs. My role involved aligning the program with CBSE’s CPD guidelines and addressing diverse target groups, including PGTs, TGTs, and PRTs. This opportunity allowed me to collaborate with experts nationwide and strengthen my expertise in educational planning and policy implementation.
Enhanced pedagogical practices across K-12 levels through CPD-aligned teacher training programs. Fostered scholarly discourse in educational and psychological sciences through national and international peer-reviewed research.
