Dr. Niharika is an Assistant Professor at the School of Legal Studies, specializing in Constitutional Law and Corporate Law. She holds a Ph.D. in Law, an LL.M. in Corporate Law, and have qualified UGC-NET (Law). She has served as Guest Faculty for four years at the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, and for two years at Government M.L.B. College of Excellence, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Prior to her academic career, she worked as an Assistant District Public Prosecution Officer in the Home Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, gaining practical experience in criminal justice administration and court proceedings. Her academic interests include Indian Constitutional Law, Company Law, Personal Laws in India, Law and Religion, Judicial Review, and Comparative Secularism.
