Our online system allows current students, alumni, and former students to request official degree certificates and academic transcripts. Whether you need these documents for employment, further education, or other purposes, our streamlined process ensures timely delivery.

Eligibility

  • Current students who have completed their degree requirements and Complete No Dues
  • Alumni who have graduated from K.R. Mangalam University.
  • Former students seeking transcripts for completed coursework.
  • NOTE:- 2025 Graduated Student Can Apply After Convocation 2025

How to Apply

Step 1: Click the Form Link                    

Step 2: Select Document Type

  • Choose from the following options:
    • Degree Certificate: For All Students
    • Academic Transcript: Only for Abroad Students
    • Both: Request both documents in a single application.

Step 3: Provide Delivery Details

  • House no, Gali no, Area Name, Landmark, village, city Name and Pin code
  • Enter the recipient’s details (e.g., your Phone number or an institution/employer’s address).
  • Verify all information to avoid delays.

Step 4: Pay Processing Fees

Examination FAQs

Registration & Eligibility

Yes. Students must be registered to all courses of the semester; otherwise, they will not be allowed to appear in Examination.
Yes. Students who do not meet the minimum attendance requirement may be debarred from appearing in the mid-term and end-term examinations, as per university regulations.
A student must secure a minimum of 40% marks in both internal and external components, subject to the regulations of the Programme.
The Promotion Policy is outlined under Section 18.7 of the Academic and Examination Regulations 4.0. Students are promoted to the next semester/year as per the rules mentioned therein. The complete details are available on the University website in the Academic & Examination Regulations document.

Examination Process

Admit cards can be downloaded from the ERP portal before the commencement of mid-term and end-term examinations. Admit cards will only be issued after filling in the mandatory feedback form.

Students must carry their valid University ID card and admit card. Entry without these documents will not be permitted.

The date sheet will be uploaded on the ERP portal, KRMU Website and displayed on the notice boards. The seating plan will be released on the ERP one day before the examination & Notice Board.

Detailed Guidelines for Students during Examinations are provided in the Academic and Examination Regulations 4.0 (Section 11.5) available on the University website.

Reappear & Re-evaluation

The normal procedure is that after the result is declared and if student wishes to re evaluate/recheck the answersheet then she/he can apply within fifteen days after paying prescribed fee. After due date exam office won’t consider applications as we have answer sheet disposal policy in place

Students who fail in internal examinations can apply for internal reappear in the subsequent semester and resubmitting the evaluation components to the concerned faculty.

Students who fail in end-term examinations can appear in the reappear examinations conducted in the next semester as per university examination calendar on website by paying the prescribed fee

Reappear examinations are generally scheduled in the subsequent semester as per the date sheet notified by the Examination Office as per university examination calendar on website.
Students must fill the reappear form available on the ERP/Examination Office portal and pay the prescribed fee within the notified dates.

Yes, students can apply for re-evaluation within the stipulated time as per university examination regulation by submitting the prescribed form online in ERP and fee as per university rules.

In case of genuine reasons supported with documentary evidence, students may be permitted to appear in special examinations as per the discretion of the University and applicable regulations.

Results & Certificates

Students must report to the Examination Office immediately with supporting documents. Legacy data corrections or grade issues will be handled through the Examination Office.
Yes, students may apply for a duplicate copy through the Examination Office/ERP portal by paying the applicable fee.
Provisional degree and transcripts are issued after successful completion of the programme and clearance of all dues. Dispatch by post is available on request with applicable charges.
Original degrees are issued at the convocation. If not collected, they can be collected later from the Examination Office with valid ID proof. Dispatch by post is available on request with applicable charges.
