Field Visit to Sports Injury Center

The School of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Sciences organised a field visit to the Sports Injury Center, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, for students as part of their clinical training. Students gained practical exposure to the assessment, management, and rehabilitation of sports injuries. They observed injury-prevention techniques, biomechanical assessments, rehabilitation protocols, and return-to-sport strategies, as well as the use of modern therapeutic modalities. The visit provided valuable practical exposure, strengthened students’ understanding of sports physiotherapy, and received positive feedback from both students and faculty.
