Guest Lecture on Youth Mental Health Issues

The School of Humanities organised a guest lecture on ‘Youth Mental Health Issues & Career Guidance’. The speaker for this guest lecture was Ms. Nivedita Singh, Founder & Chairperson of Meta Counsel. Ms. Nivedita emphasised the role of self-awareness and preventive methods while talking about the psychological difficulties among youth. She shared preventive measures to cope with mental health issues and guided students to remain calm.
