Immersive Outdoor Studio Experience

Students at the School of Architecture and Design are redefining learning through immersive, experienced-driven education. In a dynamic three-day outdoor studio, students stepped beyond the classroom into inspiring locations like Raisana village, Damdama Lake, and Bhuvneshwar Mandir in Bhondsi. Engaging directly with their surroundings, they observed, sketched, and painted on-site—translating real-time experiences into artistic expression. Faculty members were equally involved, not just guiding and demonstrating but also painting alongside students, fostering inspiration and motivation through shared practice. This hands-on approach not only sharpened visual sensitivity and creative thinking but also reinforced a key belief: learning in the arts truly comes alive beyond the classroom.
