Workshop on Indian Seafood Delicacies

The School of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology (SOHMCT) organised an engaging culinary session on Indian seafood delicacies, coordinated by Chef Vrinder. During the session, Chef Sen demonstrated his culinary expertise by preparing a variety of delectable seafood dishes and sharing valuable insights into their preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation. Students had the opportunity to observe the culinary demonstrations, learn from his expertise, and gain a deeper understanding of the nuances of seafood preparation. The session concluded with a tasting experience, allowing students to savour the dishes while developing a greater appreciation for the art and techniques of Indian seafood cuisine.
